Adding Programs Hirens Boot Cd

Hello guys, here I am again with a few questions for you veterans of IT Lately i've been using Hiren's boot CD a lot and I realized that such tools are incredibly useful for my daily job, so I wanted to push it a little further. I've started customizing HBCD adding a few extra programs that I thought I could use later on and I intend to continue doing that. Now my questions is: would it be possible (given a bootable USB flash drive big enough) insert at least 3 operating sistem CDs into Hiren? Essentially I'd like to have the option of booting into HBCD's menu ( and adding 3 lines, like 'Windows 7 32bit Restore' and so on. Selecting them would make the machine boot the corresponding installation CD giving the chance to use the 'Repair' functions in it. Would that be possible? Would there be a limit to the number of bootable Restore CD I could put in the USB?

New Hirens boot CD, what would you add/customise? Hirens has:-- Dos based boot CD. To add in and customize your own programs onto the Live Environments and.
And if none of the option above would work, would it be possible to partition the USB key to boot HBCD or one Restore Disk from the same USB? I really hope I made myself as clear as possible, thanks for any kind of answer or feedback.

O/yes, but im not sure about Hirens, i've done it in the past with Barts, so it shouldn't be that different the limit of any ISO loader is the capacity of your drive, a 64GB flash drive should be able to hold repair discs for most versions of desktop windows that you would be using in an enterprise environment you could partition it, but only one can be bootable without a bootloader.
